Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for damaged or defective items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
